Sacred Humility LLC creates opportunities to connect all people with meaning.

Spirituality refers to the way individuals seek and express meaning and purpose … the way they experience their connectedness to the moment, to self, to others, to nature, and to the significant or sacred.

  • Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a practice of guiding and accompanying individuals in their spiritual journey, helping them deepen their relationship with the Divine (or their higher power) and discern God's presence and action in their lives.

Those seeking spiritual direction include people seeking deeper connection, those in transition, spiritual seekers, people in ministry roles, anyone in crisis of faith, and those curious about spiritual journeys.

  • Spiritual Care Counseling

Spiritual care counseling integrates spiritual, emotional, and psychological support to help individuals address issues related to meaning, purpose, and their spiritual well-being. Spiritual care counseling tends to be more includes of various spiritual perspectives and may not always be religious in nature. This is not clinical therapy, as our provider is a board-certified chaplain rather than a licensed clinical therapist.

Those seeking spiritual care counseling may include but not be limited to people in crisis, those experiencing spiritual struggles, people seeking purpose, those facing end-of-life issues, caregivers, and providers.

  • Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual life coaching empowers individuals to clarify their goals, create a plan of action, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress toward living a life that aligns with their values and aspirations. Spiritual life coaching helps unlock potential to move forward with confidence by focusing on helping individuals explore, understand, and nurture their well-being.

Those seeking spiritual life coaching may include but not be limited to individuals in transition, those seeking meaning or purpose, anyone seeking change, people with big goals, people struggling with motivation, career coaching, relationship coaching, health and wellness coaching, personal development, and work-life balance.

  • Spiritual Retreat

Spiritual retreats offer a dedicated time and space for spiritual reflection, personal growth, healing, and connection with the Divine. Whether in silence, prayer, meditation, or communal worship, spiritual retreats allow individuals to step away from their daily routines to focus deeply on their spiritual well-being. Whether you are seeking peace, insight, healing, or transformation, a spiritual retreat provides a valuable opportunity to disconnect from the noise of life and reconnect with your deeper self and your spiritual path.

Those who might benefit from spiritual retreats may include individuals seeking spiritual renewal, those going through life transitions, spiritual seekers, ministry leaders, couples, or families.

  • Sacred Event

Sacred events are important life moments that hold deep spiritual meaning. Formal or informal, these events are typically marked by rituals, prayers, blessings, or practices that are intended to honor what brings meaning. Sacred events also serve to celebrate, commemorate, or facilitate important milestones or transitions in life, offering participants the opportunity to reflect on their spirituality, connect with community, and deepen their sense of meaning or purpose. Common sacred events include weddings, baptisms or christenings, funerals or memorial services, rites of passage, sacraments, religious holidays/festivals, naming ceremonies, rituals, anointing, and blessings.

Those seeking sacred events are often searching for spiritual connection, marking life transitions, community and belonging, healing and comfort, and cultural or religious identity.
