Professional Consultation offers support, collaboration, and subject-matter-expertise in areas of interfaith spirituality, spiritual formation, spiritual unity among cultural diversity, theology, self-care for leaders, pastoral care tools, and coping strategies for everyday life. Additional areas include developing healthy work environments, interdisciplinary support in the workplace, spiritual care at end of life, palliative and hospice support for healthcare workers, and grief support. Conversations are based on biblical principles, spiritual tradition, reason, and over 20 years experience in parish, non-profit, and for-profit contexts.

Key areas of consultation include leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, organizational health and development, growth and outreach, financial management and stewardship, program and ministry evaluation, spiritual formation and discipleship, crisis management, discernment, and mission-forward focus.

Those seeking professional consultation  are often in transition, facing challenges, seeking growth and expansion, or improving effectiveness.
